POSITION: Crew Scheduler

We are currently looking for an Crew Scheduler

Core Job responsibilities:

  • Compiles duty rosters of flight crews and maintains records of crewmembers’ flying time for scheduled airline flights: Prepares flight register which crewmembers sign to indicate their preference and availability for flights and time they wish to be called prior to each flight.
  • Types names of crewmembers onto flight schedule in order of seniority to indicate flights to which crewmembers are assigned.
  • Posts names of extra crewmembers in order of seniority on reserve list.
  • Selects replacements from reserve list and notifies replacement when needed.
  • Computes and logs cumulative flight time for crewmembers and removes crewmember’s name from flight schedule when flying time limit as prescribed by Federal Aviation Administration has been reached.

POSITION: Flight Dispatcher

We are currently looking for an Flight Dispatcher

Core Job responsibilities:

  • Exercising operational control within safe efficient planning and monitoring of a flight.
  • Studying aircraft performance and limitations and make decisions on flight acceptance
  • Providing day-to-day administrative, functional and technical direction to the Flight Dispatch and Load Planning
  • Analyzing operational conditions and identify any opportunities that may constrain impede, or benefit operational capabilities inclusive of, but not limited to weather, facilities, Air Traffic Control, and aircraft performance.
  • Arranging various services for the flights in the airports of operation, this includes handling services, slots and permits.
  • Scheduling the Fleet respecting the crew duty times and best cost efficient policy
  • Performing Operational Flight Watch and for determining if changes to operational and meteorological conditions may affect the safety of flights within a prescribed area or on
  • Assigned routes, and for communicating those changes to the Pilot-in-Command.
  • To provide the Pilot-in-Command with a thorough and professional flight crew briefing, covering all significant information which may impact the operation of his flight.
  • Initiating Accident Alarm Procedures, and assessing and issuing Flight Incident Category Reports, as required, inclusive of the corporate notification process and maintaining a written log during the incident.
  • Resolving with CAMO, the pilot-in-command, Flight Operations Management and Pilots as required, problems caused by any aircraft deviation from standard which may limit or impact flight operational capabilities, and to communicate any operational limitations as required.
  • Liaising with the Ground Operations Manager, for the purposes of maintaining dispatch standard operating procedures and all applicable sections of the Company Operations Manual.
  • Running Reports and statistics relate to Operational matters as required by the management.
  • Ensures smooth workflow between shifts by carrying proper handover/takeover pre and post flights.
  • Stays updated with changes to Company’s manuals, Aircraft Manufacturers publications, States or other regulatory bodies publications.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Science/Math/Aeronautical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Management or equivalent from a recognized university is highly desirable for this role.

Aviation Experience:

  • Flight Dispatcher License
  • Minimum of 05 years’ experience in similar position  in a reputable airline flight operations (OCC) or an aviation company. Including experience on B747-400 or similar size aircraft, Worldwide routes, Pacific and Atlantic routes.
  • Long Haul and worldwide operation experience.
  • Familiarity with aircraft performance, (preferably with wide bodied aircrafts), international regulations, EASA rules, operations manual (OM) and flight entry requirements. Previous experience in a military and/or governmental flight operation department will be considered as a strong asset;
  • Proactive personality with strong organizing skills, team-oriented, flexible approach and able to provide solid results under high pressure
  • Excellent communication skills in English / oral and written; additional languages will be preferred;
  • IT skills/experience in use of dispatch related software – flight planning systems (i.e. PPS, JetPlanner), SITA/AFTN communications, /ops control systems and MS Office applications

EASA B1/ EQUIVALENT LICENSED AIRCRAFT ENGINEER

Job Description

  • Completion and on-time delivery of Line + Scheduled/Unscheduled Maintenance tasks on the ATC aircraft in compliance with the regulatory requirements and company policy.
  • Perform inspection, repair and modification work based on current authorization and training level.
  • To communicate at all times with MCC and CAMO to ensure that they are fully informed of any developments.
  • Responsible for the standard of work carried out by yourself and those under your control
  • Installation of spare parts, expendables and components, which shall always be accompanied by appropriate documentation to suit the eligibility requirements for the aircraft/component including the modification status and AD compliance status.
  • Ensuring the completeness of all maintenance documents in the area of responsibility
  • Ensuring the equipment, tools and premises in your charge are maintained to satisfactory standard and that discrepancies are reported to the appropriate departments, both within and external to the company

POSITION: Aviation Security Manager

  • To develop and update the security program of AEROTRANSCARGO, to ensure that it meets all the requirements in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
  • To ensure that all company personnel have been notified of the provisions of the security Program.
  • To monitor the implementation of the security controls and ensure compliance with the security standards through amendment of SP.
  • Facilitate security threat identification and security risk assessment and management.

  • Demonstrates high level of consideration to housekeeping and safety standards in all tasks performed.

 

  • Demonstrates good knowledge and understanding of airframe and powerplant systems. Has computer skills and is proficient in MS office.

 

  • Accompanies flights as on board technician assisting engineer in carrying out maintenance tasks at various stations.

 

  • Performs any other tasks assigned by Management including stores and documentation related tasks.

POSITION: MCC Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced MCC Engineer

Core Job responsibilities:

  • Live monitoring of a/c condition using AIRMAN and/or aircraft condition data from post-flight reports through ACARS data transfer.
  • Technical delay recording control in real time with the Operations Control Center (OCC).
  • Issuing report twice a day to cover shift handovers listing the open MEL/CDL’s, limitation on aircraft, repetitive defect checks, aircraft out/back of service, technical delays, reportable occurrences, pending repairs status and DY Check last accomplishment time.
  • Work in cooperation with Operations Control Center (OCC) to update the defect rectification plan as a result of changes to the schedule.
  • Request assistance from TC, STC or part 21 DO for approval condition whenever a/c damages are not covered with approved documentation data and/or when intensive troubleshooting is required.
  • Ensure compliance with all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements, including daily and weekly checks. This includes the monitoring of all aircraft condition data to understand the status of the fleet, and develop necessary actions to rectify findings.
  • MCC shall lead the daily conference call with maintenance providers, AOG desk and Short Term planning.
  • Monitor MEL/CDL/critical deferred defects across the fleet and ensure plans are in place to rectify each within the allowed time limit in coordination with our maintenance providers.
  • Requesting MEL extensions whenever there is a risk that MEL rectification could not be performed within respective time frame.
  • Track and analyze repetitive and recurring defects across the fleet.
  • Ensure maintenance resource is located for all non-scheduled arising in the most expeditious manner possible.
  • Manage the AOG recovery process including AOG spares request initiation and follow up.
  • Assure precise and on time communication regarding all technical related schedule disruptions.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the similar role in the MCC department of an airline

  • Type rated on B747-400s with minimum 3 years practical experience on 747-400s and 1 years’ experience in MCC.

POSITION: Publication Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Publication Manager

Core Job responsibilities:

The Publications Manager plays a key role to ensure that all Aircraft Documentations are updated within the time frame. The job involves updating of Aircraft/OCC Library and Post Flight Documentations in the various systems. This Job also involves other administrative responsibilities like Monitoring Aircraft Fuel Flow and other parameters, certifying various invoices for timely payment to the vendors.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Shall Monitor Aircraft fuel consumption efficiently and provide required data to the Management.

 

  1. Shall be responsible for Monitoring, Timely procurement, Compilation, Dissemination &  updating Aircraft Documentations /OCC library.

  1. Shall ensure that periodic aircraft documentation checks are conducted whenever possible.

 

  1. Shall conduct aircraft documentation training/audits whenever required.

 

  1. Shall verify various invoices like Catering, Navigational, Airport, overflying permits and aircraft documentation related invoices & forward the same to finance.

 

  1. Shall forward documents to external regulatory agencies and other departments as and when required.
