Procurement & Repair Officer
Flight Dispatcher
Title : Flight Dispatcher
Key Responsibilities :
• The Flight Dispatchers should be in possession of Flight Dispatcher approval
• Ensure slots/overflying/landing permits are available from approved regulatory authorities for all flights.
• Obtain debrief from pilots and take appropriate action.
• Shall carry out follow ups at periodic intervals on the progress of the flight.
• To ensure compliance of laws, regulations, policies and procedures published in the Operations/OCC Manuals.
• Joint responsibility with the captain for the safety and operational control of flights under his/her guidance.
• Authorizes, regulates, and controls commercial airline flights according to government and company regulations to expedite and ensure safety of flight.
• Responsible for economics, passenger service, and operational control of day-to-day flight operations.
• Analyzes and evaluates meteorological information to determine potential hazards to safety of flight and to select the most desirable and economic route of flight.
• Computes the amount of fuel required for the safe completion of flight according to type of aircraft, distance of flight, maintenance limitations, weather conditions, and minimum fuel requirements, prescribed by federal aviation regulations.
- Prepares flight plans containing information such as maximum allowable takeoff and landing weights, weather reports, field conditions, NOTAMS, and many other informational components required for the safe completion of flight
- Prepares and signs the dispatch release which is the legal document providing authorization for a flight to depart
- Delays or cancels flights if unsafe conditions threaten the safety of his/her aircraft or passengers.
- Monitors weather conditions, aircraft position reports, and aeronautical navigation charts to evaluate the progress of flight
- Updates the pilot in command of significant changes to weather or flight plan and recommends flight plan alternates, such as changing course, altitude and, if required, enroute landings in the interest of safety and economy
- Originates and disseminates flight information to others in his/her company including stations and reservations. This is the source of information provided to the traveling public
- Undergone extensive training to have earned the coveted Aircraft Dispatcher’s certificate having taken and passed both an extensive oral examination and the comprehensive Dispatch ADX test
- Participates in frequent and detailed recurrent training courses covering aircraft systems, company operations policy and meteorology
- To ensure functioning of safety, quality, security and compliance within the area of responsibility
- Any of the duties assigned by the superior
- Contribute to development and implementation of safety and security activities, programs, procedures;
- Familiarize with the safety, security and compliance publications in Centrik, LEON, emails or other suitable sources;
- Follow established and not to take short cuts;
- Assist safety and security investigations;
- Report safety hazards, security threats, errors, safety events, and any incidents by filling in safety report in Centrik software;
- Provide feedback to managers on the implemented corrective, mitigation actions or other changes;
- Provide proposals for management system improvements;
- Participate in ERP exercises and deployments as per Company policies and procedures and in accordance with assigned duties as outlined in the AEROTRANSCARGO Emergency Response Plan
- Support compliance audits, security inspections and safety surveys.

Asst. Flight Dispatcher
Title : Asst. Flight Dispatcher
Key Responsibilities :

EASA Licensed B1& B2 Aircraft Engineers (European Nationals)

We are looking for experienced B1 & B2 EASA Licensed Aircraft Engineers with a current aircraft type rating on the B747 (GE CF6 engines) on a Part-66 aircraft maintenance license to join our EASA Part 145 maintenance organization.
If you hold previous company approval/authorization, you’ll have an advantage.
📍 Location: Bucharest, Romania
🛠 Role: Line Maintenance (up to and including A checks), ensuring the aircraft is fit to fly for daily cargo operations. This includes both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, daily/weekly checks, turnarounds, and flying spanner duties.
Key Details:
– Duty Roster: 15 days ON, 15 days OFF
– Contract: 12 months, with the option to extend
– Accommodation: Local hotel apartment provided
– Travel: Monthly positioning flights included

GE (EASA B1 Licensed)
EASA B1/ EQUIVALENT LICENSED AIRCRAFT ENGINEER
Job Description
- Completion and on-time delivery of Line + Scheduled/Unscheduled Maintenance tasks on the ATC aircraft in compliance with the regulatory requirements and company policy.
- Perform inspection, repair and modification work based on current authorization and training level.
- To communicate at all times with MCC and CAMO to ensure that they are fully informed of any developments.
- Responsible for the standard of work carried out by yourself and those under your control
- Installation of spare parts, expendables and components, which shall always be accompanied by appropriate documentation to suit the eligibility requirements for the aircraft/component including the modification status and AD compliance status.
- Ensuring the completeness of all maintenance documents in the area of responsibility
- Ensuring the equipment, tools and premises in your charge are maintained to satisfactory standard and that discrepancies are reported to the appropriate departments, both within and external to the company
- Delivering highest level of health & safety and quality standards in industry

Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering / Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience working in an AMO & Line Maintenance environment.
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, repair and troubleshooting with valid EASA Part 66 License B1 Cat.
- Hold EASA B1/ equivalent type ratings for B747-400 Freighter aircraft fitted with PW4000 series / CF6-80C2 series engines.
- Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, in all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Part 145 & Part M legislations.
- Good knowledge of computer applications specially MS Office.
