Load Master
We are currently looking for an Load Master
Core Job responsibilities:
- Synchronizes arrival and departure ground activities of the aircraft, by leading and briefing loading teams on the handling requirements and below-wing support activities, ensuring adherence to the company’s SOPs.

- Responsible for the security of the AC on the ground and in the air by ensuring appropriate security checks are carried out in the cabin as per requirement, as well implementing access control while the AC is in service, making sure no prohibited articles or unauthorized personnel are on board the AC.
- Responsible to fly on board cargo aircraft in the role of loadmaster and manage the turnaround of flights at departure, arrival and any en-route airports.
- Manage the aircraft turnaround including weight and balance, ramp operations, onboard loading including systems, aircraft door operations, onboard cabin safety and security support, aircraft servicing including potable water, toilet servicing and catering.
- Is the senior point of liaison for third party ramp operations ensuring that the ground handling requirements and standards are met at all times.

Planning Engineer
We are currently looking for an Planning Engineer
Core Job responsibilities:
- Review of aircraft forecast to ensure compliance with Approved Maintenance Programme tasks

Technical Services Engineer
We are currently looking for an Technical Services Engineer
Core Job responsibilities:
- Monitoring issue of CAA mandatory requirements and ensure compliance for company’s fleet and Coordinate within Engineering to drive and monitor follow-up actions to ensure compliance timelines are met.

Assistant Flight Dispatcher
We are currently looking for an Assistant Flight Dispatcher
Core Job responsibilities:
- Exercising operational control within safe efficient planning and monitoring of a flight.

Aviation Experience:

- Minimum of 05 years’ experience in similar position in a reputable airline flight operations (OCC) or an aviation company. Including experience on B747-400 or similar size aircraft, Worldwide routes, Pacific and Atlantic routes.
- Long Haul and worldwide operation experience.
- Familiarity with aircraft performance, (preferably with wide bodied aircrafts), international regulations, EASA rules, operations manual (OM) and flight entry requirements. Previous experience in a military and/or governmental flight operation department will be considered as a strong asset;

- Assigned routes, and for communicating those changes to the Pilot-in-Command.
- To provide the Pilot-in-Command with a thorough and professional flight crew briefing, covering all significant information which may impact the operation of his flight.
- Initiating Accident Alarm Procedures, and assessing and issuing Flight Incident Category Reports, as required, inclusive of the corporate notification process and maintaining a written log during the incident.
- Resolving with CAMO, the pilot-in-command, Flight Operations Management and Pilots as required, problems caused by any aircraft deviation from standard which may limit or impact flight operational capabilities, and to communicate any operational limitations as required.
- Liaising with the Ground Operations Manager, for the purposes of maintaining dispatch standard operating procedures and all applicable sections of the Company Operations Manual.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Science/Math/Aeronautical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Management or equivalent from a recognized university is highly desirable for this role.
Aviation Experience:
- Flight Dispatcher License
- Minimum of 05 years’ experience in similar position in a reputable airline flight operations (OCC) or an aviation company. Including experience on B747-400 or similar size aircraft, Worldwide routes, Pacific and Atlantic routes.
- Long Haul and worldwide operation experience.
- Familiarity with aircraft performance, (preferably with wide bodied aircrafts), international regulations, EASA rules, operations manual (OM) and flight entry requirements. Previous experience in a military and/or governmental flight operation department will be considered as a strong asset;
- Proactive personality with strong organizing skills, team-oriented, flexible approach and able to provide solid results under high pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English / oral and written; additional languages will be preferred;
- IT skills/experience in use of dispatch related software – flight planning systems (i.e. PPS, JetPlanner), SITA/AFTN communications, /ops control systems and MS Office applications

MCC Engineer
We are currently looking for an experienced MCC Engineer
Core Job responsibilities:
- Live monitoring of a/c condition using AIRMAN and/or aircraft condition data from post-flight reports through ACARS data transfer.
- Technical delay recording control in real time with the Operations Control Center (OCC).
- Issuing report twice a day to cover shift handovers listing the open MEL/CDL’s, limitation on aircraft, repetitive defect checks, aircraft out/back of service, technical delays, reportable occurrences, pending repairs status and DY Check last accomplishment time.
- Work in cooperation with Operations Control Center (OCC) to update the defect rectification plan as a result of changes to the schedule.
- Request assistance from TC, STC or part 21 DO for approval condition whenever a/c damages are not covered with approved documentation data and/or when intensive troubleshooting is required.
- Ensure compliance with all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements, including daily and weekly checks. This includes the monitoring of all aircraft condition data to understand the status of the fleet, and develop necessary actions to rectify findings.
- MCC shall lead the daily conference call with maintenance providers, AOG desk and Short Term planning.
- Monitor MEL/CDL/critical deferred defects across the fleet and ensure plans are in place to rectify each within the allowed time limit in coordination with our maintenance providers.
- Requesting MEL extensions whenever there is a risk that MEL rectification could not be performed within respective time frame.
- Track and analyze repetitive and recurring defects across the fleet.
- Ensure maintenance resource is located for all non-scheduled arising in the most expeditious manner possible.
- Manage the AOG recovery process including AOG spares request initiation and follow up.
- Assure precise and on time communication regarding all technical related schedule disruptions.
