Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Customs & SEZ formalities processing for inbound & outbound shipments
  • Record keeping of BOEs for all shipments in/out
  • Coordinates with Government Authorities such as Customs, Security/Police

Technical Services Officer - CAMO

We are looking for a graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Airline/Aviation Technical Services – CAMO

Core Job Responsibilities:

– Coordination of Records group members’ activities and ensure all maintenance records for ATC fleet are available and archived.

– Ensure that all MX items are timely updated in AD Software along with DFP’s.

– Techlog Pages FH/FC and Maintenance Entries and Fuel Oil uplift etc. are timely updated.

– Components transactions are done on time.

– Work order closure and update of DFP’s in AD Software.

– LLP updates (Engine APU and LDG) on time in AD Software.

– Ensure revisions to AMP are updated in AD Software as and when required.

– Issue WO for corrective actions to external and internal audits / Records findings correction.

Technical Record Officer - CAMO

We are looking for a graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Airline/Aviation Technical Records – CAMO

Core Job Responsibilities:

– Updating/preparing complied AD, SB, and EO Monthly Status Reports carried out on Aircrafts/Engines/ Propellers

– Review and Validate Aircraft time and cycle data/ utilization

– Update & Monitor Removal/ Installation as well as maintenance task  performed on Aircraft/ Engines/ APU and   components.

– Airworthiness review of all work cards and revert to maintenance any discrepancies

– Build-up/ Update Engine, APU & Landing Gear Life Limited Parts back-to-birth Traceability

– Review and File Aircraft work packages (light and heavy checks, out of phase items, and modifications)

– Assist on maintenance due report/ forecast alongside with Maintenance Planning Section

– Prepare/ Review Aircraft and Engine redelivery documents for A/C redelivery to Lessor (Summary Status List such as A/C, Propeller and Engine AD/SB/EO, LLP Sheet, LLP Traceability, Hard Time and on condition components status list and release certificates, delivery documents, and redelivery documents)

– Prepare/ Consolidate/ Validate Technical Documents for Audits by QA, GCAA and other audit bodies

– Follow all the GCAA requirements in particular to CAR-M and CAR 145

Manager-Crew Scheduling

Job Description:

  • Supervises, coaches, and mentors team members through effective performance management and ongoing feedback.
  • Executes on strategy of Crew Scheduling focusing on the daily operation with an eye on weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduling needs and operational factors including, but not limited to, irregular operations, SWAP, emergency response, and service recovery.
  • Manages daily operations of crew scheduling personnel including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring compliance to FARs (Federal Aviation Regulations), CBAs (Collective Bargaining Agreements), TSA (Transportation Security Administration).
  • Ensure that crew schedulers and flight members comply with prescribed flight schedule duties, rest periods, qualifications, required maintenance, by upholding crew schedule standards to satisfy business requirements while minimizing crewing costs.
  • Works in conjunction with Operations Control Center (OCC) personnel, Flight Operations and Flight Training Department to ensure a safe, efficient, and cost-efficient operation, improve efficiency, track, analyze, and report on operational issues.
  • Post new flight bids for crews within the 28 day bid procedures. Create rosters and publish in accordance with the approved schedule.
  • Serves as point of contact to communicate EFI (Extreme Flight Irregularity), Extended Tarmac Delay, and Global Notification (Medial alert) to base leadership, divisional leadership, and affected personnel.
  • Administer crew payroll, expenses and budget for crewing activities.

Crew Scheduler

Job Description:

  • Compiles duty rosters of flight crews and maintains records of crewmembers’ flying time for scheduled airline flights: Prepares flight register which crewmembers sign to indicate their preference and availability for flights and time they wish to be called prior to each flight.
  • Types names of crewmembers onto flight schedule in order of seniority to indicate flights to which crewmembers are assigned.
  • Posts names of extra crewmembers in order of seniority on reserve list.
  • Selects replacements from reserve list and notifies replacement when needed.
  • Computes and logs cumulative flight time for crewmembers and removes crewmember’s name from flight schedule when flying time limit as prescribed by Federal Aviation Administration has been reached.

Dy. MCC Manager

We are currently looking for an Dy. MCC Manager with Valid  Engineer’s License on B747-400 Aircraft (Preferably with PW 4056/CF680C2 engines).

Core Job responsibilities:

  • Maintenance management organization in accordance with the airline’s maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate training to all MCC staff.
  • Coordination of engineering activities and maintenance planning activities with the company’s Head of Engineering;
  • Ensure verification and assessment of all maintenance data for new aircraft /engines / landing gear /APU and other components in the fleet;
  • Review and analysis of aircraft maintenance work packages at the planning stage and after works performance;
  • Organization of aircraft/engines maintenance in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Programs and Maintenance schedule, including provision of required spares and equipment;
  • Provide Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Manager with Daily Fleet Status Report on a daily basis;
  • Organization of aircraft defects rectification in a timely manner;
  • Monitor repetitive defects and take corrective action to close them.
  • Coordination of material support requirements for routine and non-routine items with purchase group;
  • Responsible for conducting Daily Defect Meetings and updating ATC about the serviceability status of the aircraft.

We are currently looking for an experienced Aircraft Technician B1

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviews assigned task cards with the Engineer to gain full understanding of the work, priorities, documentation requirements and precautions, prior to starting work.

 

  • Prepares and performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance along with engineer including repairs, component replacements, tests and defect rectification ensuring that the required documentation, parts, tools and GSE are obtained and used per issued instructions.

 

  • Ensures proper tooling / equipment is drawn from stores to perform tasks, returning all of it in good condition following completion of work.

 

  • Demonstrates high level of consideration to housekeeping and safety standards in all tasks performed.

 

  • Demonstrates good knowledge and understanding of airframe and powerplant systems. Has computer skills and is proficient in MS office.

 

  • Accompanies flights as on board technician assisting engineer in carrying out maintenance tasks at various stations.

 

  • Performs any other tasks assigned by Management including stores and documentation related tasks.

MCC Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced MCC Engineer

Core Job responsibilities:

  • Live monitoring of a/c condition using AIRMAN and/or aircraft condition data from post-flight reports through ACARS data transfer.
  • Technical delay recording control in real time with the Operations Control Center (OCC).
  • Issuing report twice a day to cover shift handovers listing the open MEL/CDL’s, limitation on aircraft, repetitive defect checks, aircraft out/back of service, technical delays, reportable occurrences, pending repairs status and DY Check last accomplishment time.
  • Work in cooperation with Operations Control Center (OCC) to update the defect rectification plan as a result of changes to the schedule.
  • Request assistance from TC, STC or part 21 DO for approval condition whenever a/c damages are not covered with approved documentation data and/or when intensive troubleshooting is required.
  • Ensure compliance with all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements, including daily and weekly checks. This includes the monitoring of all aircraft condition data to understand the status of the fleet, and develop necessary actions to rectify findings.
  • MCC shall lead the daily conference call with maintenance providers, AOG desk and Short Term planning.
  • Monitor MEL/CDL/critical deferred defects across the fleet and ensure plans are in place to rectify each within the allowed time limit in coordination with our maintenance providers.
  • Requesting MEL extensions whenever there is a risk that MEL rectification could not be performed within respective time frame.
  • Track and analyze repetitive and recurring defects across the fleet.
  • Ensure maintenance resource is located for all non-scheduled arising in the most expeditious manner possible.
  • Manage the AOG recovery process including AOG spares request initiation and follow up.
  • Assure precise and on time communication regarding all technical related schedule disruptions.

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the similar role in the MCC department of an airline

  • Type rated on B747-400s with minimum 3 years practical experience on 747-400s and 1 years’ experience in MCC.
