Job Title: Planning Engineer

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Records group members’ activities and ensure all maintenance records for ATC fleet are available and archived.
• Ensure that all MX items are timely updated in AD Software along with DFP’s.
• Techlog Pages FH/FC and Maintenance Entries and Fuel Oil uplift etc. are timely updated.
• Components transactions are done on time.
• Work order closure and update of DFP’s in AD Software.
• LLP updates (Engine APU and LDG) on time in AD Software.
• Ensure revisions to AMP are updated in AD Software as and when required.
• Issue WO for corrective actions to external and internal audits / Records findings correction.
• Preparation and Review of records for aircraft induction and engines lease returns.
• Assessments of AD’s, SB’s and other regulatory requirement documents as and when required.
• Induction of Aircrafts and Technical Data Migration into AD software of LDND list, AD-SB status, Hard Time components, Landing gear & Engine LLP’s, OCCM components etc.
• Preparation of Monthly Utilization report and Aircraft Specification sheet for fleet operated by ATC.
• Ensure all Historical records are available (in hard copies & soft copies) for the AEROTRANSCARGO FZE aircraft, engines and landing gears.
• Review of invoices of AD Software and other maintenance events.
• Review of GTA’s for Heavy Maintenance Visits, On-call Maintenance and any other Engineering Assistance as required and advise management accordingly.
• Preparation of Work scope for Heavy MX, Getting Quotes from MRO’s, Negotiations, Closure of Major Check Packages e.g C- checks.
• Coordinate and monitor progress of heavy maintenance at MRO and update management accordingly.
• Any other engineering projects as required by CAMO & Management from time to time.

Educational Qualifications:

B.E./B. Tech. in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Production or Aeronautical Engineering

Skills & Competencies:

• CAMO Technical Services
• Knowledge of EASA Part CAMO, Part 145 regulations and other relevant aviation standards
• Strong understanding of airworthiness management and regulatory compliance

Job Title:  Logistics Officer – Aviation Experience 

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Driving best logistics cost by competitive bidding for heavy shipments and ensure shipment delivery within TAT.
• Collaborate with maintenance planning and engineering teams to forecast spare parts and material requirements.
• Obtain quotations from Freight Forwarders, negotiate best possible rates and discounts.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
• Station stock monitoring, controlling and transfers by effective coordination with stake holders and ensure recommended critical stock level maintained at each station.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, implementing strategies to optimize stock and reduce costs.
• Processing of credit vendors invoices for payment within due dates
• Ensure that all logistics activities comply with aviation safety regulations and standards, including documentation of all received and dispatched parts.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts and materials to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies to track and expedite orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions, including purchase orders, shipping records, and inventory logs.

Educational Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ similar experience in aviation industry
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Job Title:  Aircraft Power Plant Engineer

Core Job Responsibilities:

– Manage aircraft engine fleet in all aspects and associated activities.
– Review Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives for Engines, APUs, and Nacelles.
– Oversee implementation programs for modifications to Engines, APUs, Nacelles, and accessory parts.
– Provide technical support to Line and Heavy Maintenance.
– Support Reliability studies.
– Control and oversee Engine Health Monitoring (EHM).
– Liaise with OEMs to resolve reliability and technical issues.
– Generate operator documents (MEL Technical Notices, Procedure Notices, Engineering orders, reports, etc.).
– Provide technical support for aircraft lease reception and returns.
– Scope work and review invoices for Engine shop visits.
– Manage Engine Shop visit schedules, costs, and MRO relationships.
– Represent the Powerplant department in meetings to support the company’s strategic decision-making.
– Participate in continuous improvement and transformation projects as a representative for the Powerplant department.
– Conduct in-depth analysis of Engine and APU BSI reports.
– Evaluate engines for lease or purchase based on documentation and checklists.
– Visit MRO during engine shop visits for table-top inspection after disassembly and other required times.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Qualifications:

– Engineering Degree in a Technical Field (or 10 years of experience directly with Engines/Powerplant systems with an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer certification).

Experience Required:

– At least 8 years of experience in an Airline/Powerplant Engineering department.

Competencies:

– Technical and commercial knowledge of Engine fleet maintenance, repair, and general management.
– Experience with B747 aircraft family.
– Experience with CF6 and/or PW4000 Engines.
– Familiarity with EASA Regulations.
– Flexible approach to project delivery is a high priority.
– Excellent communication skills, both in-person and electronically.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Software Programs (Word, Excel).
– Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment and act as a role model within the department.
– Strong attention to detail in multitasking situations and the ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
– Ability to support off-hour airline operational requirements.

EASA B1/ EQUIVALENT LICENSED AIRCRAFT ENGINEER

Job Description

• Completion and on-time delivery of Line + Scheduled/Unscheduled Maintenance tasks on the ATC aircraft in compliance with the regulatory requirements and company policy.
• Perform inspection, repair and modification work based on current authorization and training level.
• To communicate at all times with MCC and CAMO to ensure that they are fully informed of any developments.
• Responsible for the standard of work carried out by yourself and those under your control
• Installation of spare parts, expendables and components, which shall always be accompanied by appropriate documentation to suit the eligibility requirements for the aircraft/component including the modification status and AD compliance status.
• Ensuring the completeness of all maintenance documents in the area of responsibility
• Ensuring the equipment, tools and premises in your charge are maintained to satisfactory standard and that discrepancies are reported to the appropriate departments, both within and external to the company
• Delivering highest level of health & safety and quality standards in industry

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering / Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience working in an AMO & Line Maintenance environment.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, repair and troubleshooting with valid EASA Part 66 License B1 Cat.
• Hold EASA B1/ equivalent type ratings for B747-400 Freighter aircraft fitted with PW4000 series / CF6-80C2 series engines.
• Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, in all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Part 145 & Part M legislations.
• Good knowledge of computer applications specially MS Office.
• Fluent in English (written and oral)

• B1 engineers must be EASA type rated on B747-400/PW4056/CF680C2 or if non-EASA
• type training from an EASA Part 147 organization for their B747-400 type endorsement.
• Engineers must preferably have minimum 6 months practical experience on B747-400s in the previous two years.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to a good standard for technical communications.

EASA B2/ EQUIVALENT LICENSED AIRCRAFT ENGINEER
